Who and what this covers

Ali Saab Business operates Rovanta Ads Connector for its own business portfolio. The connector is intended for authorized internal advertising work, not consumer sign-in or a public advertising network. This policy covers information handled through the connector and requests about information under our control. Meta's own services and their handling of data are governed by Meta's separate policies.

Information the connector may handle

Depending on the permissions granted and features used, the connector may access:

• Advertising account identifiers, names, settings, and related account metadata.
• Campaign, ad set, ad, and creative details needed to review or manage advertising.
• Performance information reported by Meta, such as delivery, spend, impressions, clicks, and reported results or attribution.
• Authorization information needed to connect to Meta and records of authorized actions or requests.

The categories actually available depend on Meta permissions and the connector features enabled. This policy does not imply that every planned feature is already active.

How information is used

Authorized staff may use the connector to review account and campaign information, assess advertising performance, and, when requested and enabled, create or manage campaigns, ad sets, or ads through Meta's API. Publishing, spending, and other major changes are intended to require human review and approval before action.

Meta-reported results and attribution describe what Meta reports about advertising. They are not the same as orders, revenue, or other records maintained in an internal business system. If these figures are shown together, differences should be reviewed rather than silently treated as the same fact.

Storage, access, and retention

Information may be processed or retained in systems used to operate the connector and support authorized internal work. Access is intended for authorized personnel. Whether and for how long particular information is retained depends on the connector's actual operation and any applicable recordkeeping obligations; this policy does not set a fixed retention period. Contact us if you want to know whether we hold information connected to a particular advertising account or request its deletion.

External services and sharing

The connector exchanges information with Meta when an authorized feature requires it. Service providers used to host this site or operate the connector may also process technical or operational information needed to provide those services. This policy does not describe Meta's independent handling of information or promise deletion from Meta's systems.
